Job Summary  | Benefits Administration Reporting Consultant will support the preparation, analysis, and delivery of retirement plan reports as well as develop benefits reporting. This position plays a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining data accuracy, and providing actionable insights to internal stakeholders and external clients. The ideal candidate will have experience with retirement plan administration, strong Excel skills, and a solid understanding of financial and compliance reporting standards. Ad hoc SAP and Spinifex reporting will be strongly preferred.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities  | Analytical skills, strong ad hoc reporting skills, and strong attention to detail. Understanding of benefits plans and ability to speak to a group. Need both qualitative and quantitative skills.
