Highlights

Process journal vouchers, audit payroll transactions, and monitor sub-awards and sub-accounts.
Serve as liaison between the Center and university offices or external partners.
Support additional duties such as HR functions, event assistance, travel arrangements, and purchasing.
Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree with accounting coursework or equivalent experience, financial management experience, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Knowledge of Federal Uniform Guidance, Cost Accounting Standards, and experience in academic or research business operations required.
Preferred qualifications include experience with journal processing, purchase requisitions, and NC State funding guidelines.
