Promoted or transferred employees will be placed as specified in the CBA. This is Restricted position; The position may continue, contingent upon renewal of funding.

The Position  | Applications are currently being accepted for Bond Program Procurement Contracts Specialist in the Business Services Department, located at District Office. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Selected candidate must be willing to adjust work days/hours based on the department’s needs. This position will play a key role in supporting the successful execution and ongoing implementation of Measure HH, ensuring that its objectives are effectively integrated into departmental operations and aligned with organizational goals.

This is a restricted position, which means it is funded for a specific period. The role is supported by a $3.5 billion bond with an anticipated duration of 10-15 years. While the position may be extended if funding is renewed, continuation is not guaranteed.

Please note that an employee may be transferred to any site at the option of the Chancellor.

Desired Qualifications  | Applicant should have:
Knowledge of CA Ed. Code and CA Public Contract Code as it relates to Community Colleges.
Effective communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of practices and principles of contract administration and contract law.
