  • Support the Director/Associate Dean by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, event preparations, and communications.
  • Requires knowledge in accounting, finance, business and office administration, coordination, and report writing.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience required.
  • Preferred experience includes two years in business/administrative support, office workflow organization, and interaction with technical and professional staff.
  • Technical skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel); experience with Rutgers Financial Management (Oracle Cloud) and Rutgers Marketplace (Jaggaer) is preferred.
  • Salary range from $52,602.48 to $76,975.48 annually; position is full-time with standard hours of 37.5 per week.
