Business Assistant - Payroll Full Description
The Payroll Business Assistant will be responsible for and serve as unit key point of contact on all payroll related guidelines, policies, and procedures for assigned business area. Responsible for the operations center’s monthly/bi-weekly payroll tasks. Prepare and submit appropriate documents to assist in the onboarding process for new employees. Serve as a point of contact for all payroll and other related questions while assisting departmental faculty, staff, and students with payroll needs. Act as a liaison between customers and central offices. Serve as a departmental resource person to train and assist staff with payroll processes and to resolve situational problems. Utilize the Team Dynamix (TDX) tracking system to manage workflow.

Qualified candidates will need:
High school diploma / GED
3+ years of payroll experience
Experience in providing a high level of customer service
Skills needed:

Strong organizational and time management skills with emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail
