This is an in-office position, requiring three days a week in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.
About your skills
You’re a business analyst who’s passionate about turning raw data into meaningful insights and actions. You know that great visualization of data and analysis doesn’t just explain what happened; it helps people understand why it matters and what to do next. You’re fluent in SQL and Tableau, and comfortable juggling multiple projects and competing priorities. You thrive in cross-functional environments, especially when working closely with Sales and Customer Success teams. You’re equal parts technical and communicative, and the intersection of data and storytelling excites you. You’re curious, a fast learner, and constantly thinking about how to scale your impact through automation and proactive insight.
About this role
The BI Analyst role will empower Go-To-Market (GTM) teams with real-time, actionable data by building complex, embedded reports and dashboards that guide commercial decisions, optimize the deal cycle, and measure enablement effectiveness.
You’ll blend analytics techniques with strong business acumen and communication skills to proactively identify opportunities and risks, create tailored analytics for individual accounts, and influence strategic decisions.
What you’ll be doing
- Design, build, and maintain a suite of advanced reports and dashboards within our primary BI tools (e.g., Tableau and Databricks).
- Partner directly with Rev Ops teams (primarily Sales Operations, Deal Desk, and Enablement) to translate strategic initiatives and operational requirements into data driven tools and insights.
- Develop and iterate on Dynamic Deal Guidance tools: dashboards that provide sales reps with real-time data on pricing benchmarks, discount thresholds, product attach rates, and competitive intel.
- Create Enablement Effectiveness reports that track the adoption and measurable impact of sales enablement programs such as Rampt Revenue and training initiatives (e.g. Learning Foundations, Industry badging, etc.).
- Build self-service reporting capabilities to reduce ad-hoc requests and empower GTM managers with data.
- Focus on data visualization and design to ensure reports are intuitive, easy to understand, and drive clear actions.
- Automate existing manual reporting processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability for the GTM organization.
What you’ll have
- 3–5 years of experience in a data science or analytics role, ideally in B2B SaaS or GTM analytics (Customer Success, Sales, RevOps).
- Expert-level SQL skills; experience with Databricks or similar cloud data warehouses.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Tableau, with a strong eye for visual storytelling and usability.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills; ability to meet with customers and internal stakeholders to present insights with confidence.
- Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages is a plus.
- A proactive mindset, strong ownership, and a collaborative approach to working across teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field preferred.
