  • Lead enterprise-wide financial reporting for University Finance and Administration (UFA).

  • Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot reports using Oracle reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, OAC, Smart View, FRS), Oracle SQL, and Tableau.

  • Manage data integrity and financial reporting accuracy across various Oracle ERP modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.

  • Supervise and mentor the reporting team, assign work, set priorities, and review deliverables.

  • Coordinate with Office of Information Technology (OIT) and functional stakeholders for report development and testing.

  • Experience required with Oracle ERP reporting tools, SQL, Tableau, Jira/ServiceNow for work intake and prioritization.

  • Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field and at least 5 years developing financial/operational reports and 4 years in a finance environment.

  • Salary range: $108,670 to $166,424, with final offer based on qualifications and market considerations.

  • Supports over 2,000 Oracle ERP users and 2,000 Tableau users across all university campuses and administrative units.
