Job Description
The Department of Athletics at Texas State University is now accepting applications for the position of Business Operations Coordinator.
Job Duties
The position will assist with duties related to the overall operations of the athletics business office to support the overall mission of the department.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • prepare invoices for payment; reconcile payments to the university financial system;
  • Enter requisitions for purchase order creation and contract routing; help ensure we comply with all university and state policies and procedures
  • assist with the procurement card program
  • Assist with some travel reconciliations
  • maintain positive working relationship with vendors and university accounting, purchasing and all TXST office staffs
  • other duties as assigned
