| Advertised Job Summary | The Office of Research is seeking to hire a Business Operations Specialist to join our team. Under the management of the Director of Finance & Business Operations for the Office of Research Facilities & Infrastructure, the Business Operations Specialist will perform fiscal and administrative actions for the division. This position will also provide administrative support to the Executive Director of Research Facilities & Infrastructure and the Research Core Directors and Managers. |

| Job Duty | Assist the Director of Finance & Business Operations with the creation and management of Agilent iLab billing events, including tracking core incomes and invoice distribution. Assist the Finance & Business Operations Director with the creation and distribution of monthly budget reports. |
