Job Description
Opportunity at a Glance
 The position supports the simplification and standardization of business processes. The role requires strong partnering with business stakeholders to drive process improvement delivery through exemplary process design/improvement/management skills using proven best practice techniques.
 
 Responsibilities
  • Maintains a thorough understanding of related programs, policies and procedures.
  • Maintains a thorough understanding of guidelines and regulations.
  • Assists with identification of opportunities, development of business plans, strategies and approaches to take advantage of business opportunities based on policy and regulations changes that need to be operationalized.
  • Leverages project management methodology for discovery, project planning, facilitation and assessment of project success and benefits.
  • Provide hands-on team leadership, coaching and process improvement subject matter expertise.
  • Facilitate updates, progress status reporting, definition of measures, and generation of project ideas.
  • Lead multiple projects across multiple departments.
  • Provide procedure details to trainers for development of training and updated policies.
  • Builds documentation, defines training needs, assist in building training materials, and tests system/process configuration.
  • Report progress directly to manager and obtains final approval from appropriate departments including Regulatory Affairs prior to implementation.
  • Ensures timelines are met, and project goals are attained.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Required or equivalent experience required.
  • 1+ years of business operations experience in the area of support.
  • 2+ years experience in change management, project management, process improvement & implementation, etc.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical or IT process and business owners.
  • Sound working knowledge and experience using and applying process improvement best practices and techniques/methodologies in a structured project environment.
  • Strong proficiency in leveraging Microsoft Office tools to create plans, reporting and visualization of project updates.
  • Proven ability to set priorities and deadlines and ensure projects are completed.
  • Self-motivated and willing to take ownership of, and quickly resolve, complex issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and determine effective business and alternative solutions.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative skills; detail oriented with ability to see the big picture.
  • Effective team player with presentation, facilitation, consulting, and communication skills; ability to effectively work at a high level and a detailed level.

Additional Information
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $49199.33 and $86253.75. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
