University of Florida is hiring a Career Data and Technology Strategist. This role collaborates with campus and external stakeholders to advance career strategies and the data that shapes student career outcomes. The strategist manages career-related technologies, translates outcomes data into actionable insights for faculty and staff, and supports communication and assessment efforts across the Career Connections Center.
Highlights
Lead projects that gather and analyze data on experiential learning, career design, and post-graduation outcomes
Manage career-related technology platforms supporting coaching, employer engagement, and student access to services
Serve as system administrator, monitoring data integrity and providing user support and training
Advise faculty, staff, and departmental partners by turning career and outcomes data into actionable insights
Coordinate communication plans, surveys, and continuous improvement efforts tied to career outcomes
Work across systems like Symplicity, Salesforce, Qualtrics, and SteppingBlocks to manage career readiness data
Support the Director for Career Data, Technology and Engagement with team and budget administration
Master's degree and two years of related experience, or a bachelor's degree and four years of related experience
Familiarity with higher education, education technology, and data-driven decision making preferred
