University of Florida is hiring a Manager for Career Data, Technology, and Engagement. This role builds and grows the Building Professional Networks initiative, managing the Gator Network platform in partnership with the UF Alumni Association and Student Government. The manager also delivers individual and group career coaching, tracks engagement data, and reports on trends to support decision-making across the Career Connections Center.
Highlights
Grow the Building Professional Networks initiative and manage the Gator Network platform
Recruit and onboard faculty, staff, alumni, and employer contributors to the mentoring ecosystem
Monitor engagement analytics and user behavior trends to refine adoption strategies
Manage vendor relationships and oversee system updates for assigned technology
Deliver career coaching, workshops, and presentations to students and alumni
Serve as a point of contact for faculty and staff on student success and engagement initiatives
Track and report engagement and outcomes data to support leadership decisions
Master's degree and two years of related experience, or a bachelor's degree and four years of related experience
Certified Career Services Practitioner (CCSP) credential expected within the first year
