Position Summary Information 
Job Description Summary  | Provide general admin/office support.

Responsibilities 
• Assist walk-ins with good customer service etiquette
• Answer office main phone line; Assist in advising students at the front desk;• Respond to e-mails
• Correspond with various constituencies on behalf of Center for Global Education (via email, phone, etc.)
• Maintain student and program files and data entry
• Participate in Center for Global Education activities and events
• Create and/or update displays and other marketing projects (blog posts, print and digital marketing, social media, etc..)
• Active role in program promotion and student recruitment; Lead information sessions
• Conduct presentations to classes, residence halls, student groups, and clubs
• Host information tables on-campus
• Represent Center for Global Education in a professional manner and act as an ambassador for the office
• Work on special projects as assigned.
• Assist with projects and goals for diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts of the Center for Global Education.

Required Qualifications  | Little to minimal prior experience. Ability to learn support process. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. No study abroad experience is required.

Desired Qualifications 
• Previous Customer Service experience desired
• Experience with international education or travel abroad (included studying abroad)
• Previous marketing and public speaking experience desired
