  • Track graduate student academic milestones, awards, and placements in clinical practicum and internships.
  • Supervise one administrative support specialist to assist daily operations.
  • Requires proficiency in MS Office Suite, knowledge of HIPAA and HITECH regulations, and operational management skills.
  • Preferred experience with university systems like PeopleSoft, Titanium, TouchNet, clinical settings, and budget management.
  • Salary range is $45,748 to $53,000 annually for a full-time permanent position.
