TCI is hiring a Content Assistant for a temporary position from June 2026 to September 2026. The Content Assistant supports the Product Team by managing digital assets, updating online content, ensuring consistency, and maintaining customer-facing tools with attention to detail and organization.

The Content Assistant provides a wide range of support to the Product Team, with a focus on entry-level tasks that help team members move forward faster. Key responsibilities include:
Manages maps, images, artwork, and other assets through in-house tools and training to ensure all TCI assets are properly licensed and tracked.
Completes tasks across a wide range of editorial, production, and project management work with clear training and support.
Updates online content for formatting, labeling, and other consistency changes.
Regularly reviews and fixes consistency issues identified by the team.
Supports accessibility by maintaining transcripts, Spanish, and other customer-facing tools.
Maintains documentation of style changes and other consistency issues as instructed.
Requirements
Available to work 35-40 hours per week during standard business hours.
Ability to meet deadlines while working independently.
Attention to detail with strong organization skills.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Experience with Google Suite, Zoom, and Project Management tools.
Advanced experience with Google Sheets, including sorting and filtering, formulas, and cell formatting.
Interest in working in online content in a task-oriented environment.
This position is remote. The pay range for this position is between $18 and $25 hourly. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related experience, skills and location.
