What You’ll Do
As our Content Marketing Manager, you’ll be the creative force behind the stories that shape our brand and inspire our audience. You’ll lead the charge in building a content engine that fuels awareness, drives engagement, and showcases the voices of our customers and educators. From strategy to execution, you’ll own a high-impact content calendar that spans formats—from thought-provoking articles and compelling customer stories to SEO-optimized resources and engaging video content.

In this role you will:
  • Architect and execute a content strategy that elevates our brand and supports business growth.
  • Create and manage a diverse portfolio of content—think blogs, webinars, whitepapers, videos, and more—that resonates with educators and decision-makers.
  • Lead SEO strategy and performance tracking to ensure our content is discoverable, impactful, and always improving.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to bring authentic, customer-centered stories to life.
  • Manage a network of freelance writers, editors, and video producers to scale content production with quality and consistency.
  • Shape our video content presence, from ideation to scripting and production, especially for platforms like YouTube.
 
Who You Are
• You have 5–7 years of experience in content marketing, communications, or a related field.
• You are a strong writer and editor with a portfolio of impactful content.
• You have deep knowledge of SEO and content performance tools.
• You are comfortable managing multiple projects and contributors.
• You are strategic, organized, and results-driven.
• You have experience with CMS platforms and creative tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• You are collaborative, proactive, and eager to innovate.
• You understand the marketing funnel and how content supports each stage.

Pay range for this role: 
$70,000—$90,000 USD

Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
