Required Qualifications: Applicants must specifically address how they meet these required qualifications to meet the requirements of the position.  | Demonstrated experience in donor or alumni relations, development, marketing, higher education, or a related field. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in office software tools. Willingness and ability to travel, with availability to work evenings and weekends as needed. Physical ability to lift and transport materials and assist with indoor and outdoor events.

Job Description  | The Development Coordinator plays a vital role in advancing the philanthropic mission of the McCoy College of Business Foundation by supporting donor engagement, alumni outreach, and strategic event coordination. Reporting to the Executive Director and working closely with the Foundation Administrator and University Advancement team, this position helps build and sustain meaningful relationships with donors, alumni, faculty, staff, and students. Through strong project management and collaborative planning, the Development Coordinator contributes to key initiatives that elevate the visibility, impact, and engagement efforts of the McCoy College of Business.
Job Duties  | Cultivate positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, serving as a liaison between the Foundation, University Advancement team, and the broader McCoy College of Business community. Support and enhance donor stewardship strategies to ensure timely, meaningful, and personalized engagement that strengthens long-term philanthropic relationships. Collaborate with the Annual Giving team to implement McCoy-specific fundraising campaigns, including digital and direct mail appeals, giving pages, and peer-to-peer outreach. Support content collection and communications strategy, including social media, email blasts, and donor proposals. Coordinate the development and delivery of donor-facing materials and recognition assets that reflect the values and priorities of McCoy College. Support the planning and execution of college-hosted events, including Business Leadership Week, alumni gatherings, and donor visits (both on- and off-campus). Facilitate logistics for donor and alumni visits, including scheduling meetings with faculty, staff, and students; reserving rooms; ordering catering; and coordinating parking and materials. Maintain data in the alumni database and run reports for stewardship and cultivation purposes. Support additional projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.
