Job Description | Student Success Technology Services seeks a skilled IT Projects Coordinator to support the coordination and implementation of information technology projects across the Division of Student Success. This position serves as a liaison between campus stakeholders, external vendors, and the Division of Information Technology to ensure successful service implementation and compliance with university and state technology standards. The position also leads the annual risk assessment process for divisional systems and assists departments with technology procurement and renewal.
Job Duties | Coordinate IT projects within the Division of Student Success by serving as the primary point of contact for new service requests, conducting stakeholder needs assessments, and facilitating communication with IT partners. Compile project documentation such as Project Charters, New Service Evaluations, and vendor assessments (HECVAT, VPAT) to ensure proper review and compliance. Collaborate with campus partners to procure technology resources and ensure alignment with university policies. Assist in technology implementation by coordinating timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Facilitate annual risk assessments of information resources in collaboration with system owners and custodians, ensuring timely review and documentation of system security posture. Serve as a liaison for Student Success Technology Services at divisional and university meetings, communicating updates and outcomes.
