Required Qualifications: Applicants must specifically address how they meet these required qualifications to meet the requirements of the position.  | Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data reporting and visualization. Experience coordinating technology or process improvement projects from planning through implementation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications  | Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or related field. Experience working in higher education or a similarly complex organizational environment. Familiarity with software and technology service procurement processes. Understanding accessibility and compliance standards (e.g., VPAT). Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills. Job Description  | Student Success Technology Services seeks a skilled IT Projects Coordinator to support the coordination and implementation of information technology projects across the Division of Student Success. This position serves as a liaison between campus stakeholders, external vendors, and the Division of Information Technology to ensure successful service implementation and compliance with university and state technology standards. The position also leads the annual risk assessment process for divisional systems and assists departments with technology procurement and renewal.

Job Duties  | Coordinate IT projects within the Division of Student Success by serving as the primary point of contact for new service requests, conducting stakeholder needs assessments, and facilitating communication with IT partners. Compile project documentation such as Project Charters, New Service Evaluations, and vendor assessments (HECVAT, VPAT) to ensure proper review and compliance. Collaborate with campus partners to procure technology resources and ensure alignment with university policies. Assist in technology implementation by coordinating timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Facilitate annual risk assessments of information resources in collaboration with system owners and custodians, ensuring timely review and documentation of system security posture. Serve as a liaison for Student Success Technology Services at divisional and university meetings, communicating updates and outcomes.
