We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Traiing Manager to design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for our employees. The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for assessing training needs, creating effective learning materials, and facilitating workshops and sessions that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance across various departments. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication, presentation, and instructional design skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Training Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to identify training gaps and needs within different departments and for various employee levels.
  • Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and update comprehensive training programs, modules, and materials (e.g., presentations, manuals, job aids, e-learning content) that align with organizational goals and address identified needs.
  • Training Delivery: Facilitate and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars using a variety of instructional techniques (e.g., lectures, demonstrations, hands-on activities, role-playing, group discussions).
  • E-learning Management: Manage and maintain the company's Learning Management System (LMS) for online courses, tracking progress, and generating reports.
  • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback, and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), department heads, and HR to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and meets specific business requirements.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Play a key role in developing and delivering onboarding training for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture and their roles.
  • Coaching & Mentoring: Provide individual and group coaching as needed to reinforce learning and support skill development.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate training records, track participation, and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.
  • Stay Updated: Research and stay current with best practices in adult learning theory, instructional design, and corporate training trends.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate training, instructional design, or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs for diverse audiences.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, etc.).
  • Excellent public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
