We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Traiing Manager to design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for our employees. The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for assessing training needs, creating effective learning materials, and facilitating workshops and sessions that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance across various departments. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication, presentation, and instructional design skills.

Responsibilities:

Training Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to identify training gaps and needs within different departments and for various employee levels.
