  • Manage course proposals, academic program revisions, and academic plan updates.
  • Develop controls to maintain the integrity of curricular systems.
  • Provide customer service to faculty, staff, students, and other university partners.
  • Support administrative processes including Formstack submissions related to role and workflow updates.
  • Required to have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Must have customer service experience, strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred experience includes work in higher education public-facing roles, student information systems, and PeopleSoft.
  • Compensation is $20.00 per hour for a full-time, temporary appointment up to 11 months.
