Position Summary/Job Duties: 
 | We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for students and their families, providing assistance with inquiries, registrations, and ensuring a smooth experience throughout their time with us.Responsibilities:Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visitsAssist customers with class registrations, scheduling, and payment processingAddress customer concerns or complaints in a professional and empathetic mannerMaintain accurate customer records and update information as neededPromote our swim school's programs and services to prospective customersCollaborate with instructors and other staff members to ensure a seamless experience for studentsUphold safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe environment for swimmers and staffCollect feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and enhance service quality

Qualifications: 
 | Previous customer service experience, preferably in a similar environmentExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to remain calm and composed under pressurePassion for swimming and/or experience in aquatics is a plusFlexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
