We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Data & Analytics (D&A) Program Manager who oversees a portfolio of data-oriented technical projects, ensuring efficient operations and alignment with organizational goals. Reporting to the Strategy and Operations Lead, this role involves program lifecycle management, innovative processes, and cross-functional collaboration to drive successful project outcomes.

  • Program delivery: Ensure teams complete commitments on time, meeting high-quality standards and adhering to approved processes, with an emphasis on collaboration and accountability. 
  • Lifecycle compliance: Guide projects through the approved D&A lifecycle stages, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and information governance standards. 
  • Project facilitation: Proactively identify and remove barriers to progress, enabling teams to work efficiently and collaboratively across functions.
  • Communication strategy: Develop and deliver KPIs, program status reports and dashboards that create transparency, promote operational efficiency, and inform key decisions.
  • Tools: Administer program-level technologies such as Confluence and Jira, ensuring optimal configuration to support program objectives with minimal friction.
  • Process innovation: Advocate for and implement innovative program management processes across the department to enhance operational efficiency. 
  • Team mentorship: Guide team members on best practices for project management and collaboration.
 
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or operations
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery in data and analytics settings
  • Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall-style management expertise
  • Ability to define, implement, and continuously refine new processes
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority in a matrixed organization
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Growth mindset, open to change and continuous improvement
  • Familiarity with Big Data development stacks, education technology and online education delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to build consensus and among diverse stakeholders
  • Experience mentoring junior team members or fostering team development
  • Ability to travel occasionally for project or organizational needs

The pay range for this position is between $125,000- $165,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
