 Position Details 

Advertising/Posting Title  | Degree Audit Coordinator
Posting Summary  | Serve as the primary expert on all facets of the University’s degree audit system. Implement and enforce curricular and policy rules to the University Degree Audits in Degree Works. Scribe catalogue degree requirements, troubleshoot audit questions, assist academic units with exceptions, and participate in future upgrades. Research the delivered functionality of the Degree Works degree audit system and coordinate the implementation of additional features with Enterprise Technology Services and the academic units. Create and roll out new features such as audits for admitted transfer students, financial aid audits, athletic eligibility, and Student Educational Planners. Serve as back up for the Office of Transfer Affairs to aid in transcript processing and syllabi review.

Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)  | Bachelor’s degree in a related field and three years of experience in the administration of an electronic degree audit system required. Demonstrated analytical skills; working and knowledge of higher education curriculum. Experience working with faculty, administrators, and students required.

Desirable Qualifications  | Experience with Ellucian’s Banner Student Information System (SIS), Ellucian’s Degree Works, Ellucian Controller and Transit Reports, Slate CRM, as well as college transcript review and transfer credit evaluating is desirable.

Anticipated Pay Range  | $52,000 to $55,000
