Daikin Applied is hiring a Development & Culture Learning Specialist! The Development & Culture Learning Specialist will support the deployment of learning programs and sessions within the Development & Culture team. Under general supervision, he or she will ensure communication channels, metrics, calendars, and program logistics are up-to-date, deployed effectively, proactively communicating with team members and other stakeholders. This role requires close partnerships with team members to ensure that our internal customer experience is unrivaled. What you will do:

Ensures facilitators, program managers, participants, and other key stakeholders have the information they need in an accurate, timely, and professional manner
Supports end-to-end program logistics and training operations: logistics, materials, coordinate food and beverage, purchasing, financial tracking and maintains a consolidated calendar of training courses or events and coordinates the use of facilities or equipment
Communicates with program managers and facilitators regarding enrollments, participant questions, and logistics to ensure a smooth training delivery
Communicates with enrolled participants using templated communications according to program schedule, partnering with program managers to maintain schedule and content
Submits course publication requests and the administrative and deployment functions for online content, programs & sessions, and for the corporate onboarding program
Participates in the development and maintenance of procedures, templates, and/or communication channels for learning programs and sessions as assigned
Tracks completion of sessions and programs in the LMS based on participant attendance, creates surveys as requested by team members and report monthly metrics including updating appropriate scorecards
As desired, facilitate meetings and or training sessions as further development
Other duties as assigned
