The ideal candidate will anticipate needs, manage complex itineraries, and collaborate with departments across campus to ensure interactions reflect the university’s commitment to excellence. While the Donor Concierge collaborates closely with departments and subject-matter experts across campus to coordinate exceptional visitor experiences, the role is not responsible for executing the specialized work of those units. Instead, the Concierge serves as a liaison—connecting guests to the right resources and ensuring a smooth, well-informed experience—without assuming operational or administrative responsibilities outside the scope of the position.
