We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and technologically proficient Digital Coordinator to support our eLearning platforms.
Job Purpose:
The Digital Coordinator plays a critical role in the Digital Solutions team, supporting the development, delivery, and ongoing maintenance of digital products, including eLearning courses and mobile apps. This role is responsible for course administration and content maintenance, as well as ensuring a seamless user experience through quality assurance, feedback triage, and platform monitoring. The ideal candidate is digitally fluent, technologically agile, and energized by working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of multimedia content and products on digital learning platforms and mobile applications
- Set up and configure digital products and courses within backend administrative platforms
- Maintain and update digital content in content management systems
- Perform user acceptance testing and routine quality assurance checks to identify and correct content or functionality issues
- Monitor platform discussion boards and learning communities, responding or escalating as needed
- Collect, triage, and track user feedback, ensuring timely routing and resolution
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to streamline workflows and enhance user experience
- Document processes, contribute to operational improvements, and support content/product lifecycle management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, content releases, and platform enhancements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Educational/Instructional Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in digital content coordination, eLearning operations, or publishing preferred
- Proficiency with digital platforms, learning management systems, and content management systems
- Technologically savvy, with demonstrated experience using AI tools and emerging technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for digital learning, education, and healthcare
Management of Others: This position does not currently include direct supervisory responsibilities.
Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite in Princeton office, remainder remote)
