In close collaboration with the Director of Enrollment Marketing and Content Producers, plan and execute digital advertising efforts, manage marketing operations, oversee inquiry partner relationships, and analyze impact to enhance graduate and undergraduate recruitment outcomes. |
| Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience) | - Bachelor’s degree in related fields and 3+ years’ related experience required or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. - Demonstrated success purchasing and analyzing paid advertising, especially in digital platforms including Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, SnapChat, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. -Demonstrated success collaborating with creative and digital marketing agencies and in-house partners. - Ability to work independently and as a team member and adhere to established project deadlines. Has experience managing complex projects with a high level of attention to detail. - Strong understanding of the current marketing landscape including advertising, social media, and web. |
| Desirable Qualifications | - Strong understanding of higher education - Advertising or marketing agency working experience. - Working knowledge of Slate, Salesforce, Hubspot, Wrike, Drupal 10, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office are desirable. - Graphic design, photo, and video editing skills are desirable. |
