Supervise Next Step Advisers including hiring, training, evaluation, and professional development.
Establish and maintain relationships with partner high schools, districts, community agencies, alumni, and funders.
Manage program budget and grant funding through reporting, compliance, and fund tracking.
Lead data collection, program evaluation, and performance reviews to ensure program goals are met.
Required qualifications include a Master’s Degree, 3-5 years of supervisory or lead experience, strong management, grant, and data analysis skills.
Preferred experience with program evaluation, school-based nonprofits, and college access initiatives.
Must hold a valid driver’s license.
Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with some nights and weekends.
Position is contingent on grant funding and part of the Division of Academic & Student Affairs at NC State.
