Job Summary
The Director of Admissions Operations is a strategic and forward‑thinking leader who oversees the operational, data, and technological backbone of the Admissions division. This role drives the evolution of our CRM and enterprise systems, ensuring the seamless flow of information that powers recruitment, evaluation, and enrollment strategies. With a strong focus on data stewardship, innovation, and process efficiency, the Director partners closely across campus to implement emerging technologies—including AI—to enhance decision‑making and streamline workflows. Leading a talented operations team, this position shapes the systems, insights, and structures that help the College meet its strategic enrollment goals.

Essential Functions:
  • Direct the development and support of Division operations through administration of the customer relationship management (CRM) system and other technologies, including procedure recommendations, scalability of systems and anticipating future needs.
  • Data stewardship, analysis, and reporting – including oversight of the security, integrity, and sharing of divisional data.
  • Serve as liaison to IT on AI and other new technologies to improve efficiencies in operations and reading processes. Research and use AI for data analysis 
  • Provide training, mentorship and support to operations team staff members.

The hiring range for this position is expected to be: $106,000.00 – 120,000.00

  • Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Experience Requirements and/or Equivalents
Minimum 5 years of digital marketing, business analytics, project management or related experience required. Experience in higher education preferred.  

Technical & Systems Expertise
  • Extensive knowledge of CRM systems and enterprise platforms, including system administration and optimization. 
  • Deep understanding of relational databases and system architecture.
  • Advanced proficiency with databases, Microsoft Office, and computer networks/systems. Experience with the following programs are preferred: Slate, Common App, Coalition, Questbridge, PowerFaids, Net Price Calculator and MyIntuition.

Standard Work Days and Hours
Standard administrative hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm. This is a full-time, exempt level position that requires the time commitment to complete the essential duties of the position. 
A willingness to work extended hours during peak periods is necessary.
