  • Project management skills and proficiency with coding technology systems, including EPIC expertise in coding and workflow routing.
  • CCS certification and extensive coding experience with at least 7 years of related work and 3+ years in management leadership roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management or related field, or equivalent experience/training.
  • Knowledge of CMS HCC hierarchies, risk adjustment models, and population health metrics like PQRS, MIPS, and VBM.
  • Excellent leadership, fiscal management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
