The Role
We’re looking for a Director of Employer Network to lead the engagement, management, and development of our employer partner network. This role is a combination of both relationship management and product partnerships. You’ll serve as a key connector between leading employers and our internal teams, ensuring we deeply understand what our partners need and can integrate that perspective into our broader product and programmatic strategy.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in the early career talent space—whether from workforce development, career services, recruiting, or higher education—who thrives on building relationships, thinking strategically, and helping develop an ecosystem from an early stage.

Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Customer Success
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of employer partners participating in our network.
  • Drive engagement and satisfaction with employer partners to ensure continued growth of the network and ongoing relationships with high-value brands
  • Coordinate touchpoints, check-ins, and ongoing communication to keep partners aligned and informed.

Product Partnership Strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., product, programs, marketing) to align employer partnerships with broader organizational goals.
  • Strategically deploy employer partners into various programmatic or product initiatives, helping design pilots or use cases that serve both partner and organizational needs.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen partner involvement or expand their engagement within our network.

Voice of the Employer
  • Act as the internal advocate for employer partners, synthesizing feedback and translating it into actionable insights for product, strategy, and program design.
Monitor trends in employer hiring, early talent pathways, and campus-to-career transitions to ensure our network and product remain relevant and high-impact.

Ecosystem Development
  • Leverage your network and knowledge of the college-to-career or early talent space to help grow our employer ecosystem through new partnership development.
  • Support outreach to new employers when strategic, helping to onboard them in ways that align with our values and goals.

Qualifications
  • 3–7 years of experience in employer partnerships, recruiting, workforce development, higher education, or a related field focused on early talent or the college-to-career pipeline.
  • Demonstrated success in managing strategic relationships or partnerships—ideally in a mission-driven or product-oriented organization.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A creative, strategic thinker with the ability to see both the big picture and the tactical steps needed to execute.
  • Deep understanding of and/or existing network in the early talent or workforce space is strongly preferred.

This role is remote-flexible. We are located on South Congress Ave (next door to Allen’s Boots!) and would love to have you in the office occasionally, but no relocation necessary.

Benefits
  • 401k, Health, Vision and Dental insurance packages
  • Short term disability insurance
  • Unlimited Paid Time Off
  • Discounted Wellhub Membership
  • Access to 3 Mental Health Applications
  • One Medical Membership
  • 8 Company-Paid for Therapy Sessions

  • Excellent Birthing and Bonding Leave policies
  • Sleep coach for post-partum and infant coaching
  • Student and Partner focused half days every First Friday of the month
  • Summer Fridays - half day on Friday during the summer months
  • Extremely talented and intelligent co-workers
