At Infosec Institute, we are equipping enterprises with the knowledge and skills to stay ahead of cyber threats. As our Director of Enterprise Sales you’ll lead a high-performing team of Account Executives, drive growth across Fortune 1000 clients, and shape the future of cybersecurity education.

What you'll do here:
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Enterprise Account Executives, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Own and execute a revenue strategy focused on acquiring and expanding enterprise accounts, with a focus on long-term partnerships.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers to understand their cybersecurity training needs and position Infosec as a strategic partner.
  • Oversee the entire sales process—from prospecting and discovery to negotiation, close, and renewal—ensuring a seamless and consultative experience.
  • Sell our robust suite of solutions, including Infosec Skills (1,400+ courses), industry-recognized boot camps, and engaging security awareness training.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on go-to-market strategies, customer feedback, and product enhancements.
  • Develop and refine sales strategies to penetrate new enterprise accounts and deepen relationships with existing clients, using data and insights to drive decisions.

Skills you will need here:
  • 8+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with a strong track record of consistently exceeding quota in high-growth environments.
  • 3+ years of experience successfully driving performance, coaching, mentoring and scaling teams of 5+ people.
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex enterprise deals of $100K+ and navigate long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Skilled at communicating and presenting, specifically with engaging C-suite executives and articulating value at the highest levels.
  • Ability to develop and implement long-term sales strategies that align with company goals and adapt to evolving market dynamics.
  • Skilled at working cross-functionally with diverse teams to drive alignment and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise customer needs and a consultative approach to solution selling that builds trust and long-term value.
  • Comfortable using data to inform decisions, optimize sales processes, and forecast performance accurately.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments where innovation and agility are key to success.

Preferred
  • Fluent in Salesforce or other CRM tools with a disciplined, data-informed approach to pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Experience in cybersecurity or IT training is a plus—especially if you understand the challenges and opportunities facing today’s security leaders.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.  Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.$90,000.00 - $100,000.00 USD
