Who you are:
  • Required: 7+ years of progressive experience in enterprise SaaS sales, including significant time in a leadership or senior quota-carrying role.
  • Strategic and results-driven: Proven ability to lead teams that consistently exceed ambitious revenue targets within complex, high-value sales cycles.
  • Expert in enterprise sales motions: Deep understanding of multi-stakeholder sales processes, including prospecting, solution selling, negotiation, and long-term relationship management.
  • Data-informed and disciplined: Skilled at using CRM insights (Salesforce proficiency required), analytics, and forecasting to drive performance and optimize team execution.

  • Oversee the full sales cycle: Ensure consistency, discipline, and excellence across every stage—from pipeline generation and qualification through negotiation and close.
  • Manage sales cadence and forecasting: Establish regular pipeline reviews, forecast accuracy, and deal inspection practices to ensure accountability and visibility.
  • Drive pipeline performance: Analyze coverage, conversion rates, and deal velocity to identify trends, remove barriers, and accelerate time to close.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless handoff, unified messaging, and customer alignment.
  • Champion a data-driven culture: Leverage Salesforce and analytics tools to measure performance, identify opportunities, and inform leadership decisions.
