As Director of Integrated Marketing, you'll be a leader on the growing Marketing team - leading campaigns that connect exceptional young minds with the joy of real challenge. You'll write the briefs, bring teams together around focused plans, execute flawlessly, then analyze results to inform what's next.
The Director of Integrated Marketing will:
- Develop comprehensive campaign briefs that synthesize business objectives, market dynamics, and audience insights to define marketing strategies and success metrics
- Lead cross-functional teams including creative, growth, product, and business stakeholders to align on creative platforms and coordinated execution plans
- Manage the team responsible for content strategy, social strategy, campus marketing, and large-scale campaign development across all business lines
- Partner closely with Director of Growth Marketing to ensure integrated campaign distribution and performance optimization
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships across all levels of the organization, ensuring diverse expertise is captured while maintaining strategic alignment
- Report marketing performance and strategic insights to executive leadership and the broader organization in partnership with Director of Growth Marketing
- Identify and develop new strategic marketing opportunities that drive transformational business growth
- Build systems and frameworks that help great marketers do their best work without getting bogged down
The Ideal Candidate Has:
- Passion for the AoPS mission
- 8-12 years of marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record leading integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to synthesize complex business, market, and customer insights into actionable strategies
- Strong cross-functional leadership experience managing teams and stakeholders across multiple departments
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and identify strategic opportunities in ambiguous environments
- Track record of building and optimizing marketing processes and frameworks
- Experience with both brand and performance marketing disciplines

Since 2003, we have trained hundreds of thousands of the country's top students, including nearly all the members of the US International Math Olympiad team, through our online school, in-person academies, textbooks, and online learning systems. While our primary focus has been math for most of our history, through the years we have expanded our unique problem solving curriculum into more subjects, such as language arts, science, and computer science.
