We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Director of Revenue Enablement to drive initiatives that accelerate sales and customer experience effectiveness, improve operational efficiency and enhance the overall go-to-market experience. This is a senior-level individual contributor role, focused on enabling our customer-facing revenue teams with the tools, methodologies and content they need to be successful. This is a leadership position that will influence the organization and guide team members without direct people management responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can partner cross-functionally with revenue generating teams, operations teams, product marketing teams and functional leaders to build scalable systems and repeatable programs that impact pipeline generation, retention and revenue growth.

What You’ll Own and Drive:
  • Build and own the Enablement Roadmap with VP and key stakeholders to prioritize the most impactful initiatives that drive business outcomes while balancing onboarding needs with ongoing development across various parts of the organization.
  • Define and own Performance Metrics and Analytics: Quantify impact of cornerstone enablement programs (onboarding, call coaching, etc.). ,Regularly report out on program success and suggest and implement improvements to increase productivity and performance for customer-facing teams.
  • Create and deliver repeatable continuing education programs that support ongoing upskilling and certification of the customer-facing team. Consult with leaders on onboarding program effectiveness and ensure a seamless transition to leaders with clear ownership of responsibilities.
  • Build and scale leader training programs, including manager training and coaching frameworks to drive consistent performance across teams.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and other partner teams to scale effective enablement filter and programing beyond that which is explicitly run by the enablement team to include product releases and sector-specific initiatives.
  • Evaluate, implement, and refine sales methodologies to align with company growth objectives.
  • Develop frameworks and best practices that help sellers execute consistently across the buyer journey.
  • Partner with sales leadership to integrate methodologies into workflows, training, and coaching programs that are role-specific, including ensuring that the team is using these techniques to positive effect in the field.
  • Collaboration and alignment with key stakeholders across sales and CX to ensure mid level management buy in and understanding of enablement objectives and programs
  • Oversee the selection, deployment and optimization of sales enablement tools and platforms that enhance productivity and collaboration; understand how customer-facing reps are using our tools and streamline their day to day experience.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 8+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales operations or related roles.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing sales enablement systems and methodologies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with proven success influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Hands-on expertise with sales enablement platforms, CRM systems, and content management tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal direction.

Salary: 140,000 - 160,000
