Experior Financial Group, Inc. is seeking a passionate and innovative Director of Training and Development to lead the creation and execution of agent training programs across the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for designing impactful onboarding experiences, building advanced development opportunities, and supporting agent growth through workshops, webinars, and resource creation.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with departments including Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and others, while leading your own high-performing team. Responsibilities:
- Develop onboarding training curriculum for newly licensed agents.
- Design training programs focused on agent growth, sales strategies, and business development.
- Build and facilitate engaging, workshop-style training experiences.
- Enhance and modernize existing training content and delivery methods.
- Collaborate with the Compliance team to align training with FTC, suitability, and regulatory standards.
- Identify and deploy carrier-specific training initiatives.
- Create multimedia resources including a podcast and webinar series focused on the pillars of agent success.
- Build a content library of repeatable, on-demand training assets.
- Develop resources around financial literacy and sales tools to support agents.
- Present training and sales strategies both online and in-person.
- Continuously seek process improvements and strategic innovations in training delivery.
- Partner with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and other departments to align training with organizational goals.
- Provide timely departmental updates to senior leadership and maintain visibility on team performance.
- Lead and coach the Training and Development team, offering support, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Conduct department meetings to set priorities and provide updates.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by company leadership.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training, curriculum design, or learning and development.
- 3+ years in a leadership or management role within a training or development-focused department.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of FTC compliance and regulatory training requirements.
- Proven ability to design and deliver both virtual and in-person training.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Creative and resourceful approach to content creation and adult learning strategies.
- Experience managing and mentoring a team.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with learning management systems, webinar platforms, and content creation tools.
- Must reside and be authorized to work in the USA.
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally as required.

Salary Range – $125,000 to $150,000 USD annually
The compensation range reflects a data-driven estimate of starting base pay for full-time employment. Individual pay may vary based on geographic location, job-related skills, knowledge, experience, education, etc.
