The Employee Services Coordinator opening is part-time and requires that you have availability to work during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. In addition, you must have the flexibility to work up to 40-hours/week during peak season (January, May, and August).
This is a Remote position available in the United States. The anticipated start date for this position is early November 2025.
Responsibilities:
- Act as an independent reviewer to ensure policy compliance
- Follow the tuition policy of all our corporate clients
- Proof grades and receipts against submissions and client requirements
- Ensure appropriate tuition discount is applied to invoices prior to submission for payment
- CRM Processing of Cases and Help tickets submitted by employees
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- High level of computer proficiency is essential
- Must possess strong interpersonal, as well as verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to learn and utilize proprietary software and reporting tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment
- This position is part-time and requires that you have availability to work during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. In addition, you must have the flexibility to work up to 40-hours/week during peak season (January, May, and August)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Auditing experience and a BS/BA degree preferred
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $18.00 – $20.00 per hour. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.

Also, new employees in this role receive 1 hour of sick time per 30 hours worked if hired in Washington state, and sick leave as specified by local law if hired in other locations.
