Job Description
The Enrollment and Service & Support Trainer will assist the Enrollment and Service & Support Departments by designing, developing, implementing and executing training sessions and modules for all aspects of employee development. In addition to daily and weekly training responsibilities, the Trainer will be responsible for the assisting of the onboarding of new training team members, and will be a key Point of Contact for vendor training questions. The Trainer will also contribute to and assist with opportunities for training team and agent development.

Residency Requirements: This is a remote, work from home position and open to residents of the US 50 states and D.C.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.
- Design, develop and maintain instructional training materials in various formats, including but not limited to: instructor-led, self-paced web modules and distance-learning.
- Assist in the onboarding of new training team members
- Survey and evaluate training effectiveness, and communicate results with the Manager of Training and Quality Assurance.
- Identify, design, and conduct all types of training and continual professional development for new and current training team members and employees.
- Oversee the functionality and usage of all training rooms, including Vendor training and Virtual training.
- Assisting in the operation and maintenance of the training LMS once implemented.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree AND/OR
- 3 years of Experience in the Enrollment Department AND/OR Training Team
- OR Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to clear required background check
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Training Certification strongly preferred
System Requirements:
- Our work from home members are required to have and maintain High-speed internet connection. At the minimum 50Mbps download speed and 10Mbps upload speed, if not competing with other household users. For the sake of call quality, satellite, DSL, data plans, wireless or dial-up services are not compatible.
- Some Internet service providers enable what is called SIP ALG (Session Initiation Protocol Application Layer Gateway). This interferes with our systems and must be disabled by the provider.
- Ethernet connection is preferred.
OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Physical requirements: sedentary work, fluent typing, listening, speaking, extensive reading, repetitive motions, and extended computer usage.
- Ability to maintain a professional home office without distraction during our hours of operation
- Attend virtual training via web cam
- Own or have daily access to a smart device where Apps can be downloaded/accessed (i.e., phone, tablet)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.); Web proficiency.
- Experience using digital, e-learning tools such as Snagit, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia Studios to create effective instructional materials.
- Ability to clear required background check
Compensation & Benefits:
Stride, Inc. considers a person’s education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee’s salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position’s level and expected contribution, and the employee’s benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.
We anticipate the salary range to be $37,047.75 - $75,088.80. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.
