Job Summary
The Enrollment Manager -Military-Shaw AFB position is responsible for all military recruitment at Shaw AFB; attending recruiting events, such as soldier briefings, job fairs, career fairs, business expos, etc.; communicating with all prospects/applicants; processing applications; assisting with registration activities; helping students enroll with Troy University, including one-on-one admissions counseling by in-person appointments, phone calls, and emails; and the Shaw, AFB – Enrollment Manager and POC for all MOU’s.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, communication or related field from an accredited college or university
2. Minimum of one year of recruiting and/or sales experience
3. Must have reliable transportation and current valid driver’s license
4. Must be independent worker
5. Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to establish rapport with a diverse customer base
7. Excellent organizational skills and acute attention to detail
