  • Minimum requirements: relevant post-Baccalaureate degree with 3+ years of related experience or Bachelor’s with 5+ years; Master’s or professional degree required, PhD preferred; 10-15 years of experience; strategic planning and implementation experience.
  • Preferred skills include leadership across complex organizations, academic policies knowledge, business development, client relationship management, and experience engaging with corporate partners and high-level donors.
  • Reports to the Dean of UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy.
  • Full-time permanent staff position with salary dependent on qualifications and proposed start date August 1, 2025.
