  • Advanced skills in budget systems, Microsoft Excel, Word, and other productivity software.

  • Preferred: 7+ years financial aid experience, advanced knowledge of Ellucian Banner, relevant certifications (NASFAA, FAAC).

  • Responsible for ensuring positive student educational experiences while maintaining regulatory compliance.
