Responsibilities:
  • Support the Field Manager with planning and executing field activities, and partner engagements.
  • Coordinate logistics for micro-events, including scheduling, materials preparation, communication, and on-site support.
  • Create and maintain organizational systems for tracking assets, inventory, and event readiness
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Partner Success teams to align fieldwork with organizational priorities.
  • Contribute to documenting field processes and improving operational workflows
  • Partner with the Marketing, Sales, and Business Development team to ensure smooth information sharing and clean lead handoffs.

Experience:
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Clear, proactive communicator.
  • Experience in events, marketing, partnerships, or operations is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable learning new tools and systems quickly.
  • A collaborative, positive mindset with strong ownership and follow-through.

Requirements:
  • Full-time position in our Downtown Fresno office.
  • Ability to travel for field events
  • Valid California driver’s license.
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable transporting and setting up event materials.
  • Interest in marketing, events, or strategic partnerships.
  • Reliable, adaptable, and proactive in anticipating needs and solving problems.

The expected range of pay for this full-time position is $65,000 – $70,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications and experience.
