Position Overview:
The Field Training Specialist is a leadership role focused on training and mentoring staff to ensure consistent practices and efficient operations. You’ll work closely with new and existing team members to enhance skills, drive performance, and align with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs, including in-person, virtual, and written formats.
  • Lead onboarding, mentoring, and coaching to support employee development.
  • Tailor training programs to meet the needs of different roles and departments.
  • Assess and improve training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics.
  • Identify skill gaps and collaborate on corrective training plans.
  • Maintain training records, including attendance and assessments.
  • Align training strategies with company goals through regular collaboration with leadership.
  • Travel to field locations (60-70%) to provide hands-on training and support.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in training, education, or related field.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-learning tools.
  • Ability to adapt training for diverse learners and styles.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently.

Preferred:
  • 1+ year of experience in long-term care or healthcare.

Working Conditions:
  • Travel: 60-70% travel to field locations; remaining time WFH setting.
  • Hours: Primarily Monday-Friday (8 AM-5 PM), with occasional evenings or weekends.
