Analyze current and proposed finance and research processes and document future state maps and SOPs.

Participate in testing and user acceptance activities as well as develop and deliver end-user training materials.
Provide immediate post-go-live support for end users of the Workday system.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; experience with large-scale ERP implementations, preferably Workday, is strongly preferred.
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree and four years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience.
Knowledge of research administration and federal/non-federal regulations affecting post-award financial processes is advantageous.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills required, along with the ability to manage priorities independently.
Expected salary ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 annually.
