Highlights

Provide strategic financial leadership managing approximately $35 million in resources for Student Success and Wellness.

Analyze financial trends, especially in fee-based units, to support data-driven decision-making.
Deliver timely financial reporting and insights to department leaders.
Serve as liaison for Student Success and Wellness in university-wide budget activities, including ASMSU submissions.
Supervise and mentor a team of strategic fiscal partners and provide ongoing training to unit business operations managers.
Ensure compliance with Montana State University and Board of Regents financial policies and continuously improve financial processes.
Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting, business, or finance, three years of progressively responsible financial experience, supervisory experience, and proficiency with financial systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Salary starts at $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
