Financial Analyst, Staff Full Description
Role Summary
The FP&A Analyst will support global financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across geographies.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in monthly close, forecasting, and annual budgeting processes.
Perform variance analysis against plan and prior year; identify key drivers.
Prepare financial dashboards and presentations for senior leadership.
Support headcount and expense modeling, including capital labor analysis.
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and automation.
Maintain and enhance financial models for scenario planning and strategic initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
1-3 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.

Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
