We are looking for a motivated and talented FP&A Revenue Manager who will lead, execute, and refine our recurring revenue forecasting from multiple, growing lines of business. This role will be responsible for providing top-line insights and analysis that will drive executive decision making at the company-wide level. The successful candidate will have advanced financial modeling skills and effective written and verbal communication abilities to support business partners and stakeholders. What You Will Be Doing:
  • Execute the end-to-end forecast processes for all recurring GAAP revenue (SaaS and Support)
  • Conduct financial analysis to uncover trends and identify opportunities for investment and growth
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and Renewals leadership to align on key bookings and renewal inputs
  • Build, maintain, and enhance continuous monitoring tools and dashboards to provide key revenue insights and trend analysis
  • Design and/or maintain and deliver financial reporting to provide accurate insight into revenue results, including the preparation of executive and/or Board level presentations.
  • Partner with the leadership on key initiatives and contribute insights related to performance trends and metrics
  • Perform ad hoc analysis as required

What You Will Need To Know/Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4–5 years of experience in financial analysis, revenue forecasting, or financial modeling
  • Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Proven analytical skills, including the ability to manage large data sets and synthesize/present complex information into clear, actionable insights
  • Ability to think critically and perform root cause analysis within processes and data
  • Strong business partnering skills and exposure to business strategy, operational processes, and financial objectives
  • Experience with SQL to query/manipulate large data sets, with a desire to expand proficiency
  • Self-starter and quick learner; demonstrated independence and autonomy in a high-performing work environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels in the organization
  • Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a bias toward action

Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in tech, software, or SaaS companies
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data objects and structures
  • Proficiency in Snowflake/SQL
  • Experience with NetSuite, Tableau, Adaptive Insights, AI tools, or similar software tools/technologies
  • Experience working with/for Private Equity
