The Role
We’re looking for a YouTube Influencer Marketing Specialist to turn YouTube into a growth engine for Lovevery. You’ll own creator relationships, scale influencer sends, and deliver a steady pipeline of authentic content that builds trust with parents around the world. You’ll own the process from top to bottom including communicating with influencers, creating product orders, tracking social posts and analyzing results. We are looking for someone who possesses a combination of skills – you understand what new parents want and you understand their social media universe; but also extremely organized, results-driven, analytical and hungry to have a direct impact on our growth and stream of revenue.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify and build relationships with YouTube creators who align with Lovevery’s brand.
  • Negotiate integrations and manage creator partnerships from outreach to posting.
  • Scale influencer sends to drive consistent wins and evergreen video content.
  • Community Engagement: Stay updated on celebrity and influencer life events (e.g., pregnancies, births, milestones) to connect with them authentically and welcome them to the Lovevery community.
  • Database Management: Maintain an organized internal database of influencer relationships and provide regular updates.
  • Affiliate Program Management: Develop and manage influencer affiliate programs, with experience using tools such as Grin.
  • Content Negotiations: Secure creators for organic and paid social channels, negotiating deals for content creation and whitelisting.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor influencer activity, track key KPIs, and source/tag UGC for use across Lovevery’s platforms.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Create and present analytical reports on social media activity, influencer performance, and ROI.

About You
  • 2–3 years experience in influencer or digital marketing (YouTube experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven success managing and growing YouTube influencer programs or channels (please highlight results in your application).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Passion for parenthood, early childhood development, and digital communities.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to measure ROI and optimize for growth.
