SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITY:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Recruiter to join our global HR team, focused on identifying and hiring top technical talent across Poland and the United States. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, but with a focus on technology roles — including software engineering, infrastructure, product, and data teams — while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

The ideal candidate will bring deep sourcing expertise, knowledge of both the Polish and U.S. IT markets, and a passion for finding exceptional talent in a fast-paced, high-growth, and global environment.

Essential Functions:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions across Poland and the U.S., including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define hiring needs and create compelling job descriptions.

  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract qualified IT professionals using multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, niche tech communities, and direct outreach).

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of technical talent, particularly in areas such as software engineering, DevOps, QA, cybersecurity, and data analytics.

  • Provide insights on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and candidate availability across both regions.

  • Manage candidate communications and scheduling, ensuring a professional and positive experience throughout the process.

  • Collaborate with HR on onboarding processes and ensure seamless new hire transitions.

  • Maintain and update recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.

  • Partner with the global HR team to align on recruitment metrics, reporting, and continuous process improvements.

  • Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s visibility and reputation in the Polish and U.S. technology markets.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4–6 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in both Poland and the U.S., preferably within an international organization or high-growth technology company.
  • Proven success sourcing and closing IT and engineering talent across diverse technical domains.
  • Deep understanding of technical skill sets, including software engineering, DevOps, data, product, and security roles.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and pipeline management.
  • Strong knowledge of both Polish and U.S. labor markets and recruiting best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
